Easy Ways To Save!

If you are new to couponing or maybe you just don't have time, there are some easy ways to save tons of money on your grocery bill. Couponing is time consuming and sometimes it can be a little confusing. Don't let that keep you from saving big bucks. There are so many apps and rewards programs out there that don't require much time and energy. Here are a few easy ways to save time and money:

Lets start with the basics. Get rewards cards for your favorite retailers. This is by far the easiest way to save a few bucks. Most advertised sales are only available to card members. Stores like Giant Eagle, Kmart, and just about every Drug Store offer these rewards cards. If you don't have the card, the store won't give you the sale price.

Giant Eagle's Advantage Card program tracks your spending so you can save money on gas, plus it gives you access to the store's weekly sales. Plus if you do use coupons, they will double!

Kmart's Shop Your Way Rewards is an excellent program. Being a shop your way rewards member gives you exclusive access to store coupons, double coupon events, and rewards. Your card will track your purchases and you can earn points on everything you buy. The points add up and you can get money off your next purchase. Plus if you spend over $50 in grocery you can earn money off gas at Speedway!

RiteAid's Wellness/Plenti program gives you access to sale prices, rewards points, plenti points, and exclusive store coupons. You can purchase items and receive plenti points back to use on your next purchase (much like cash back that can be used at participating retailers) The Plenti Card can be used at Several other retailers, including: Macys, AT&T, Exxon, Mobil, Rite Aid, Nationwide, Direct Energy, Hulu, and Enterprise.

There are so many other stores, that I would be here for days listing them all. If there is a store you shop at regularly, ask about a rewards card.

APPS can save you tons of money in rebates. Most require very little work.

Saving Star is a rebate app that can be used at so many stores I can't list them all. Link your store cards for the easiest way to get rebates. You simply download the app from your app store, enter your rewards card information, scroll through the offers, push the "I want this!" button, then go shopping! Its that easy. Within 7-30 days the app will give you money back on whatever you selected. I have never waited longer than 48 hours for my rebate. Once you have accumulated $5 you can cash out to Paypal, Bank Deposit, Amazon.com, or American Forests. You can save up for as long as you want!

Ibotta is very similar to Saving Star. It offers money back on certain brands or types of food or products. Download the app, scroll through the rebates available for your store, unlock the deal, go shopping, scan your receipt with your phone (or link store card), get cash back to PayPal, Venmo, or Gift Cards. PaylPal and Venmo have a $20 minimum. Use code sf6yvw to get $10 added to your account instantly!

Mobi Save has the same concept as Ibotta and Saving Star. Download the app, select the offers, snap a picture of your receipt, get cash back to Paypal. No minimum cash out!

Checkout 51 is another rebate app. Download the app, select offers, snap a picture of receipt, request a check once you reach $20 in rebates.

Walmart's Savings Catcher saves you money buy comparing your purchase to other competitors. If you spend more at Walmart than you could have somewhere else, they will pay you the difference. Download the app, scan your receipt, get the difference on a Walmart eGift card.

Amazon's App can save you money at Walmart as well. Use the scanner in the app to price match products. If Amazon has a better price, show it to your cashier and they will adjust the price of your item to match!
