My Giant Eagle Shopping Trip

Happy Friday!! So, I always have people ask me how I am able to get my groceries so cheap at Giant Eagle. I always hear about how they are so expensive and it's easier to shop somewhere like Aldi, or Walmart. You have to be strategic about it. I spend a few hours before each trip and make a list according to the sales and the available coupons. I then plan my meals around that versus planning my meals and then shopping for the items needed for those meals. This week I am posting my shopping list along with available coupons and rebates. Also, I want to note that I always try to make my list according to my store's layout and I put coupons in the same order into an envelope, and I write my list on the outside of the envelope. This helps me stay organized and makes checking out easier. I hope you all enjoy my little tips and tricks!

Alcohol- When you go into the liquor store make sure they scan your Giant Eagle card. They don't like to because Alcohol doesn't count toward fuel perks but ibotta needs it scanned.

This is a short trip since I didn’t have much time to plan. I will look at meat prices while I’m there. Don’t be afraid to get the marked down packages. They freeze just as well as the freshest cuts.
